My car used to be a trash can. Do you have this problem? If I you are not careful, it quick can become a dumping ground. I was released from a messy car the moment my sister supplied me with a solution to my never ending problem. “Every time you get in and/or of your car, take something with you.” She said she never leaves her car empty handed. She went on to say, “More often than not, there is a trash can some where near by.”
With little time to spare to straighten up my car, I took her up on her suggestion. I have to admit, my troubles of finding time to clean out my car are in the past. Her simple suggestion turned a big job into an easy and quick task.
While this organizational tip may not be an aesthetics pleaser, it is one that permits us to spend time on more important tasks. Things like marketing our business, making new contact, networking.
One last thought to ponder. If a potential client saw your car a mess, would they hire you... would you?...First impressions are ever lasting.

This is a funny coincidence. We had guests over last night who said that they would not have hired a former employee, had they seen the inside of his car or the outside of his home first. Although not true for everyone, it was a sad commentary on how this individual handled his job situation as well. So perhaps we should conduct interviews for perspective employees in their car. LOL
Keeping mine cleaned out on the inside isn't a problem. Keeping the outside is. Does your sister have a quick and easy solution for that one? My car needs to be washed. lol Hugs, Marty
I have been giving interior design advice for as long as I can remember. What I find, too, is that people whose houses look like a bomb went off generally have very slack lifestyles. It's too bad that we can't see that side of someone when we're hiring them.

The funnies part about this personal transformation, our house is rather tidy. It was my car that did not matter that much until I realized how much it matter...
